ILLINOIS BROADBAND DEPLOYMENT COUNCIL
Access to the modern information economy is crucial for every community.
Because high-speed Internet (broadband) technology can improve public safety, health care, education and jobs in our state, Illinois established the Broadband Deployment Council.
The Council exists to improve access to broadband not just for individual citizens, but for public, private and not-for-profit organizations too.
